PositiveWe toured Eden Hill Communities and it was good! The staff, cleanliness, and friendliness was all good. However, the facility was too large for my loved one to be able to get around everywhere as she has mobility issues.

CriticalPoorly run administration. Made promises then turned around and stated they couldn't help after all. Left resident in dirty briefs constantly. Constant recurring UTIs that hospitalized resident multiple times. Has him hospitalized and didn't let any family members know during Covid (couldn't visit during this time making it extremely difficult to check on family member). Forgot to feed him meals twice. Administration came into room convincing resident to stay even after transfer paperwork had been completed. Very u…

PositiveThe location of Eden Hills really works out well for our family, and everything about this community that we love just fell into place which is why we picked this for our loved one. The meals and dining service when our loved one first moved in was fantastic, we were even able to eat a meal there and it was delicious. However they have now had to close one kitchen so the meals have gone downhill. Our loved one really enjoys participating in a few select activities like the ice cream social.
