Positiveabove and beyond
The care my mother got from the staff at the residence was outstanding. We were in a situation that we had to get mom into assisted living fast. The team went way above and beyond to accommodate us by getting the room ready including taking work home to get all the necessary paper work done. The room was very spacious compared to other places we toured. It was bright and we were encouraged to decorate to make mom feel at home and within a week of living there, she indeed did refer to it as home. All staff is so cou…
