PositiveThe staff was kind, easy to work with, and ready to please. My wife and I had limited time to find a home for Mom and numerous challenges were obvious on our side of things. Without the talented staff that supported our visit, we would have never been able to make it happen in two short days, including the move. Our only challenge were that the moving carts weren't functioning properly.

I would definitely recommend Eden Vista to others! I loved how there was 24/7 nurse care. My sister and I felt comfortable with the staff knowing they helped my dad with his medication throughout the day, showers and incontinence issues. The staff were also very helpful with doing his laundry often. At the last place he was, my sister and I had to do it on our own, so it was a huge help with the staff at Eden Vista doing it. The admin were also so kind and nice, and they let us know if we needed anything to contact…

We've had my mom on the assisted living side and she recently moved to memory care. We specifically chose Eden Vista bc they were able to offer both.Our experience with staff on the AL side has been phenomenal. They are friendly, engaging, and helpful.
