Mothers New Home

Mother has Alzheimer’s. I have cared for her for 13 years. Family members were concerned for my mental health as well as her long term situation. We began our search and nothing felt right -until Elan. Setting aside the facilities far surpass others -design/decore, it’s the PEOPLE that make it happen. [Names Removed] actually love Mother. This is more than nice words. It’s application in physical and emotional care. I’m just grateful this final chapter in Mothers life has been so meaningful.

[Name Removed] was very welcoming upon first arrival. I knew exactly where to go. [Name removed], she was clearly a nurse, was very informative and really seemed to have a great energy for her work. Very impressed! On another note the facility seemed quite spacious for the most part. Great experience

The care I received has been wonderful from all but a couple of the RA’s. Recently though two of the absolute best RA’s were fired. They went out of their way to be helpful. I am really sad about it. The food service is ridiculous. Too much spice and sodium. We are elderly and need low sodium, less fried, and less spicy food. I have been waiting for two months to get the kitchen light and my window leak fixed. The girls work very hard here. They are chronically understaffed and working double shifts. I think adm…

Very pleased with the tour. Looking forward to our final plans. The facility is very convenient for me to go visit my loved one whenever I want.

This assisted living facility was warm, welcoming, and very comfortable. It had a resort like feel in the sense that it has a beachy aesthetic and festive atmosphere. The studio I saw was huge - much larger and roomier than I expected.
