PositiveStaff is friendly and nice overall. Clean and well kept rooms, they have some nice activities. Communication between Elan and medical group they recommend is slow and requires a lot of follow up in order for things to happen. Elan seems short- staffed at times. My dad had a large skin cancer removed that required some follow up wound care - the doctor who removed it, requested that he be off of his blood thinners for a couple of days after the surgery and also gave an antibiotic prescription. They never took him o…

CriticalThey are severely understaffed and the wait times for assistance are upwards of 45 minutes. That being said, the facilities are nice and there are many people there that go out of their way to help.
★★★★★
PositiveVery thorough tour and helpful in understanding of the process for placement. The staff was friendly and available to talk to when I had questions.

When I inquired, I was told they would not honor that as t…

PositiveElan Westpointe is truly a community. The director and staff work hard to make you feel at home. They host many events that allow residents time for social experiences with one another and with family. The staff makes the most of the dinning experiences for all meals. You truly feel like you're visiting a restaurant. Room service is available for a small fee. [name removed] (Director) is great about listening to concerns or any questions. She does her best to put you at ease. The cleaning and custodial staff ar…
