Staff needs more training

While this is a fairly good facility, I feel they are at times understaffed and the experience in actually dealing with people who suffer from dementia is severely lacking.

We knew it was the right place for Mom

The Courte has been so great for my mom. It was a hard decision when finding a place for my mom. Once we visited the Courte we knew it was the place for her. Everybody that works there has been so helpful and supportive. She has developed great relationships with those that work there, and they all work so well with her.
