PositiveThe tour of the Elison was excellent, I am visiting assisted living places in the area, The Elison is a good location, the staff were very professional and helpful, the apartments are being renovated and are nice. And I like the apartments with a balcony, The food provided at assisted living facilities is important to me and I was told I could come back to the Elison for a meal which I intend to do,

The person in charge was not the best but the staff was great. I didn't think the good was great. Breakfast was nice, but lots of soup and sandwiches for lunch and dinner. They would give packages of condiments which were hard for many of the people to open. The activities they provided were varied and the special ones were extra nice. The place was pretty clean but they did not put extra energy onto individual rooms. The room size was fine with an extra big closet, kitchenette(refrigerator, sink cabinets and place…

Honestly would give a 5 for every category!! I am super happy with everything and she is too! The main reason we chose Elison of Oxford was because of the happiness of the residents there! Staff super friendly, they seem to enjoy what they do. Know how to work with the elderly and their occasional "moods" ??

PositiveGreat amenities, friendly staff and quiet, lovely surroundings
The facility was nice with lots of activities and the staff friendly and helpful. There was an issue with the administrator but I ended up not having an issue and then she was fired. My father was only there for 2 months. This is a facility I would recommend to others looking.
