PositiveThe Magnolia is a beautiful Community! Spacious accommodations and the most helpful and friendly staff!
★★★★★
CriticalThe staff is very friendly, but they seem yo gave a hard time keeping office staff. Whoever you need is either on vacation, out today, and no one but that specific person can help you. PositiveThe facility is lovely and the staff we met were compassionate and tried their best to meet our price point. Unfortunately, we couldn't afford the cost.
★★★★★
PositiveIt was good overall. A little under staffed. But got better. We picked this community because of the availability and price.
★★★★★
PositiveThey run specials occasionally. They have some long tenured staff. They communicate to the families about events and updates on the residents. Chef that prepares the meals. They do off site trips for meals, bowling and other things. Have access to medicine being provided to the residents through a 3rd party and medical care on site. Overall, it has been a blessing having my dad there.
★★★★★
CriticalI think that overall, it's a good facility. The staff is average. The facility itself is very nice. The food is good. The games and activities are good. My patient is not very easy to deal with, so I don't want to criticize too much. We have now placed him with hospice. However, I would still recommend it.
