After the newness wore off, my mother has complained of significant internet issues, bad food in the dining facility, limited activities, mismanaged staff, and we've encountered rudeness with the front desk woman ([name removed] or [name removed]) on more than on occasion. I have a nice apt. Thinking all places like this have some things that don't work so well but other than the expense, the turn over of aides, in MC, Assisted Living, I find this a pretty good place. I would give it a 7 out of 10. The 3 nurses are rigid in MC and Assisted. Didn't always work well with this family after the newness wore off.

My family and loved one have had a good experience with Elk River Senior Living. We would encourage you to ask lots of questions about private pay, what all is included in the monthly fee, what type of meal plans are offered, and what type of activities are offered. The biggest recommendation is to ask any and all of your questions to make sure this is the right community for your loved one.

Blah Meals

The food was bad.. the people that were suppose to help show my mother around were never available.. she moved in with me. What a waste of $4 ,000. THE FOOD WAS AWFUL.
