I would recommend Emerald Assisted Living to other families.

Overall, it was a positive experience

My loved one was a resident at Emerald Assisted Living and overall it was a positive experience. The staff was friendly, but there was a lot of primary caregiver turnover. The meals were good, but not tailored for diabetics. The move in process was okay. I visited my loved one almost daily. My suggestion would be for them to add an exercise aspect. The residents generally just sat and watched TV all day. There was no walking or chair aerobics. There was also no mental stimulation like puzzles or card games. Overall…

Emerald Assisted Living has been a fantastic, helpful, warm, and healing place for my father. All staff are great and keep family well informed.

My husband has been much happier

The staff from Emeral AL have been wonderful to my husband from day one. My husband has dementia and is not the easiest to deal with at times however the staff are fully equipped to assist him. He has been much happier living here.

Unexpected Blessing!

The facility was excellent with communication, which was especially important as we were 2 hours away. She was treated like gold, especially in her final days. Made unannounced visits and she was always fresh and comfortable. Mom passed a week into the prepaid month and they happily pro-rated a refund for the remainder, an unexpected blessing.
