Our Mother moved into Emerald Court Retirement Residence in [Date Removed], and it has been a wonderful experience. The transition was made so much easier thanks to the caring and attentive staff. From the administrator and clinical coordinator to everyone else on the team, they have been supportive, communicative, and always willing to help. all 5s. Beyond my expectations. food is 3, just average. Nothing wrong with it but not spectacular either. Activities is a 3 also. I think that will improve as more residents move in. It's hard to have activities when there are only a few participants. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and kind. They've gone the extra mile to make sure my sister is getting the best care they can provide and they keep me informed about anything happening with her.
