They sold their self as a memory care and assisted living, but then when my dad needed more memory care help and has behavioral issues, they did not want him anymore. They also told me when he moved in that he could smoke outside and once they had him there for a few months told me that he could not. It felt like a bait and switch. The staff are AWFUL and very RUDE to not only the residents but the families of residents. They sometimes blame their heavy accents on miss communication when in reality they’re lying and trying to cover their tracks. The food is DISGUSTING looking/ tasting and the kitchen and cook don’t look clean. I’ve seen dirty dishes and cups come out the kitchen and then being given to residents to use. Positive[Name removed] is great! I would say it's a great place for loved ones now that they are fully staffed. Communication is good by all staff. There are three meals a day and plenty of snacks!
