Encore at North Branch

Best place to live.

I moved into Encore/North Branch 3 years ago. For me, it was like coming home. I loved the rural setting, the staff made you feel welcomed. This is my home, we are a family with different backgrounds but still a family. We care for each other and we look out for each other. I do not take kindly to someone saying negative things about my home or the staff. Our staff is dressed appropriately and always considerate of the residents. We have a menu board that we choose from, they even have a alternate menu for those …

Family Like Community

The staff are very good and care about the residents. Yes I would recommend it to others who may be searching for a place for their loved one. My grandmother was here years ago and now my mother. I like that it is a smaller place so there's more of a personalized approach.

Encore at North Branch

The facility staff were not always very helpful, but I get they were busy. Admin staff were mediocre. Mom's room and bathroom was not clean. Toilet was disgusting and they said they were changing the carpet, but they did not even vacuum. I complained, but no one did anything about it until Monday following the weekend we moved her there. The facility was clean other than that. There were plenty of activities which was good. Now I'm waiting for a refund for mom's short stay in July. Apparently, it takes 45 days for …

They are very nice pleasant. They keep you posted on whats happening with your love one. They are good about getting their hair and nails done and keeping things clean and such.

Wonderfully pleasant

Mom was brought there having dementia and stage four cancer. The staff has been nothing but wonderful to her and our family, keeping us update on how her day was , how meds are being taken. I staff is used to different changes and are very empathetic and knowledgeable which puts comfort in our hearts.we are there for mom but find our selfs visiting a few different residents everybody likes a visit. Sad thing tomorrow your visit was new and just exciting as day before for them. Dinners look great also.

The community was very easy to work with and very accommodating. Very nice staff, knowledgeable. Communication was fine, meals were offered 3 meals a day, no special diet options, choices if you wanted something else.
