My mom has transitioned very well into the community. She made an effort to introduce herself to everyone—from the administration and reception staff to housekeeping, maintenance, and the dining team—and has built wonderful relationships with them. One complaint I have is that the admissions director had told us that they would be checking in with my mother-in-law weekly to see how she is doing and to see if she needed another level of care. I don't believe that's ever happened. All in all we've been very happy with our Choice and I'm glad she's in a safe comfortable place. Thank you.

CriticalVery poor management
This is not a place for someone who cannot help them self. When I would go in there at 11 or 12 in the afternoon? My mother would have no drink. Whatsoever, she would get her needs met when I got there. She would ring the bell for help. No one would answer so they decided to disconnect her bell is that legal? If you called the doctor or the social services, forget it. You're not getting a call back. No matter how many times you try , please don't put your loved one in there.
