Hard Decision Ahead—Explore English Meadows as an Option

English Meadows is very well managed and maintained. All the employees I have contact with are well trained and caring toward their clients. I would recommend English Meadows to others. My experience with care units is limited but with my research and visiting they meet my requirements. I visit my family member a lot.

My fathers 3 month stay.

The worst experience. My father got Norovirus 2 times. The administrator, [name removed], tried to blow it off as if it were nothing. She is a complete idiot, and I'm amazed she even has a job in this field. They never kept the room clean, and the help was way below average. They would never keep the rooms clean or change sheets. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would give English Meadows a 10!!! I needed a week of respite care for my 89-year-old husband with Parkinson's Disease while I dealt with out-of-town business. The care he received was superb, from the pretty room to delicious food, to timely meds, to kind care givers. He didn't want to come home!

Excellent staff. Very caring people. They go out of their way to involve residents in activities. Those Residents who are able have the option of taking local trips to Barter, etc Good location next to hospital. Very clean facility Meals are good. I always felt my mother was safe and cared for 24/7

The facility was clean and fresh. There was a wonderful family like atmosphere. Residents were out and about and they seemed to be enjoying activities as well as enjoying each other. I would be so happy to have my family member become part of this community .

Exceptional "Home" for a loved one

Our mother has been at English Meadows for several months now and we cannot say enough good things about the facility. Her room and the entire facility are beautiful and well kept but it's the staff that gets our highest ratings. Everyone from the director to housekeeping has been absolutely wonderful. They take a personal interest in each resident and treat them like family.
