PositiveEssex of Mexico
My dad really needed more care than they could provide. I understood that. He was only there about few weeks - but it is a place that I would recommend to others.

★★★★★
PositiveMy dad is comfortable there and has been welcomed by everyone. Yes, we would recommend the Essex of Mexico to other families based on the experience we have had so far.
★★★★★
CriticalIt is kind of hard to judge too much since our loved ones was only there for a couple of weeks.
★★★★★
CriticalThe language used by staff in front of the residence is not acceptable! One of the positives about this facility is my loved one has their own bathroom, we did not find that at other places we looked.
★★★★★
CriticalWe had our family member there a couple of years ago or so. Sometimes, services were great, but often, it was not. There was a lack of staff to actually help our loved one with what they needed. We wish them the best, but maybe they can improve with appropriate changes.
★★★★★
PositiveAt times my love one can be nothing less than challenging.Very rarely do they have anything positive to say so for this person to rave about the staff is amazing. They are friendly and personable and extremely patient. The food must be delicious because again from a person that complains about everything to say it's good it must be extremely good. The community offers lots of activities such as card playing.

Current Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services Residential Care Facility or legacy RCF* license. Missouri defines RCF as 24-hour shelter, board, protective oversight, medication assistance, and short-term illness or recuperation care for three or more residents. The direct residential-care category supports Board & Care classification. Multiple RCF licenses at one stable state facility number are represented as components of one facility. Entity Name is retained as licensee evidence; Administrator is never inferred to be an operator. The directory does not establish availability, price, or fee.
