PositiveThe staff was terrific. My aunt did really well when we moved her from her prior facility to the Groves. She became more engaged and active. They always treated her well, even when she could be difficult. Several made a point to say goodbye to her after she passed away.

PositiveI would encourage anyone looking for assisted living in the Tustin area should go for a visit at lunchtime. See the facility, the residents and have a delicious lunch. Seeing this beautiful facility, meeting some of the residents really sold mom and I. The staff is experienced and caring. They truly care about all the residents. I can call anytime to talk to the nurse if I have any concerns and when I go in person the staff is very very personable! My mom is doing great and loves all that the Groves has to offer!

Positive5 stars for everything except for the meals and dining service. The reason we gave that a 4 is due to more limited gluten-free options. Besides that, we are very happy with The Groves of Tustin. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend the community to other families.
