The friendly and caring staff are the hallmark of Evergreen Assisted Living. The meals are as expected.. Average. Activities are limited. They need an activities director.

I can honestly say I have been through a few nursing homes / assisted living and Evergreen assisted living is one of the best places I have been for my loved ones my aunt and uncle both are there and the staff are great there very hard working and have respect and dignity couldn't be more pleased

Very clean facility with staff focused on meeting the needs of a diverse type of patients. Facility is not loud or disruptive and patients aren't running and wheeling around the facility causing havoc and disruption like many I've visited.

The facilities size and features are a good fit for her needs. Staff to patient ratio was favorable. The facility is pretty quiet and has easy access. The flexibility for us to handle her prescriptions was beneficial. PT in facility along with blood work in house if needed was also beneficial. Small lunch room is less chaotic than most other competitors. Keypad entry for regular visitors would be nice rather than walking in. Name tags would be helpful for the staff. We know them all now and they wear name tags some…
