Facility is great. Room and food are great. But little care. Found my mom on the floor after several hours and they hadn't even checked on her. Billing is a nightmare. No one in the business office has a clue. I would never recommend this place and we have since moved her out.

What we like the most about Harmony at Morgantown is the super friendly staff. It is also very light and bright. Gourmet food. Facility has assisted living and independent living, so there is life and activity.

The staff was exceedingly good and patient and caring both the aids and nurses were outstanding. The activities were impressive, and the staff helped the patients participate. The facility was kept clean and neat. The apartments were just the right size and all interactions from the time many times I visited her showed me a staff with a positive at outlook and providing great care to the patient In addition, as my cousin was going into her last days, the staff was super sensitive as to her needs. The assisted living was toured 2 times but I wanted to care for mom at home little longer with home health agency. [name removed] was very thoughtful and honest.
