Evergreen Village Prescott

Evergreen is located in a nice location with great views of Thumb Butte and trees. Our tour was originally scheduled for 2:00 a representative from Evergreen called and rescheduled for 12:30 I thought it was because we were going to have lunch there. Friendly tour and facility looked very clean and residents seemed very happy. When the time comes, I would consider being resident.

Review for Evergreen Village Prescott

I would give it 5 stars, except for our experience of the director, who too often didn't respond to our texts/calls, especially at the beginning. But all of the staff have been exceptional. They really care about my brother, who has put them to the test. We are so grateful to A Place for Mom for helping us find Evergreen Village.

Overall, a nice community

The director, [name removed], is the reason I didn't give them a 5. She basically doesn't respond to requests for contact. She did this while we were trying to decide on a facility, and she's done it since my brother moved in. Everyone else is wonderful, and we are happy with Evergreen Village.

Not a good experience for our family.

They only lived there for a month. Dad passed away within a month. Mom really doesn't have a good opinion. She wanted to leave right away. We didn't feel like they received the care and attention that they paid for. But again they weren't there that long. They paid for extra care for dad. He was unstable and were going to help him out of bed in the mornings and that never happened. Mom is in a wheelchair and most days dad couldn't get up for breakfast and she couldn't get anyone to help her bring his breakfast bac…

A Friendly, Caring Community

The overall experience gets a s because of the communication issues with the leadership. Yes, I would recommend Evergreen. What I like most is that my sister can enjoy independent living for now but when the time comes that she needs more care, she will not have to move to another apartment in the facility -- the entire complex is licensed for assisted living. That is a HUGE plus!
