They are awesome! They are very family oriented, kind and supportive. My mom was in a one bedroom apartment and it was perfect for her. She had a stove, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, and standing shower.

I found very different conditions when we first arrived, the staff retention is poor at best and the food service is one of the most poorly run operations I've ever seen. The turnover of kitchen staff is insane and management has had a similar problem. The management that has been present ranged between incompetent and uninvolved. Everlan of Louisville has been great across the board. We couldn't be more pleased. [name removed] set the tone from the start. She is fantastic and really connected with Mom. The entire staff quickly learned Mom's name, likes, dislikes and are always pleasant. Even when Mom is not so much fun to be around. Everlan is amazing - we love it! Everyone is very welcoming. It has been a very seamless transition for my mom. She loves it there. The staff are very responsive and go out of their way to meet the needs of their residents. The facility is very modern and very clean. There's a great outdoor area that encourages the residents to spend time outside. It's just a very pleasant atmosphere.
