My parent was admitted there from local hospital some weeks ago (no other connection with the facility). We've spent many days (and many meals/activities) there and feel blessed to have found this facility. Staff has been very caring, supportive, patient, and accommodating. Residents treated like family. Everyone (inc. office execs) pitch in however necessary. Aides, nursing staff, on-site PT, and [Name Removed](visiting doc) have been wonderful. PositiveThey care for my husband is exceptional. They always know where is at, take my calls, answer all my questions. , welcome his visitors, and our grandchildren. I ask them to check on him for breakfast, lunch and dinner because he forgot what time food is served. They go to his room and ask to to join in the dining room. Some mornings he doesn't want to go to the dining room, they will bring breakfast to his bedroom. They have lovely activities and holiday parties all family members are invited

The cleanliness is not great. Staff are nice and responsive, but do have to ask them to do laundry or help with toileting and other basic things when visiting. Food is bland, but residents seem to like it. They drink a lot of sugary drinks. They have good activities but could be better about encouraging residents to participate. Rooms are adequate.
