★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is wonderful, The really care about her health and happiness. Yes, we would recommend Fairmont of Westlake to other families based on the experience so far.
★★★★★
CriticalStaff is nice but not always consistent, several agency people that aren't as good as the regular staff. My dad was never able to do the activities, so no comment there. Food was ok. Rooms are nice. Sometimes took a long time for help to arrive (over 20 mins) but my dad needed more help than they were able to provide.
★★★★★
CriticalThey brought us into the company with the impression they were close to accepting Medicaid. After we had spent all my Mother's money we were told they were no longer going through the Medicaid process. This forced us to leave and my mom was very happy there and thriving.
★★★★★
PositiveWithout question, it's the care and concern of the people who work there. They're phenomenal! They're always going out of their way to make sure the residents feel engaged and appreciated, such as doing the nails of the female residence once every week. They get everyone out for a meal or shopping every week, they're very good at communicating with me, and I just feel safe and secure knowing my mom is being cared for.
★★★★★
PositiveStaff overall kind and friendly, activities personal extremely personable, downside people with higher end medical needs might be better served elsewhere. They did make a effort to meet his medical needs, but they just don't seem to be able to deal with catheter issues well, he had to be transported to the hospital 4 times in the short time he was there.
