★★★★★
PositiveThe facility is beautiful. I was very impressed with the memory care area and how nice the staff was.
★★★★★
PositiveMemory care seems to be a step down from Assisted and definitely from Independent care. However, the caregiving staff is kind, patient, and good-humored. All of the staff really see the residents, but even so, there is an institutional approach, rather than personalized, in both food and activities.

PositiveThis was my first "true" facility visit, and they set the bar really high. I truly appreciate the time that [name removed] spent with me- she is an asset to this community for sure. CriticalThings started great when we toured. The guy we toured with was very down to earth and made us feel so welcome and never filled pressured. Then halfway through we learned he was let go. Then we got the other salesperson, she was rude short with us and came off genuinely fake the whole time we worked with her. The ED seems to not have time for any residents and the food is just terrible.
