The staff and employees are exceptional. The facility is always neat and clean with fresh flower bouquets in their foyer, hallways and dining area. Their one-on-one with every resident is outstanding. Their Manager, Director of Nursing and their Chef are beyond amazing. The staff is consistent delivering her medications and checking her blood pressure and her well being. Their daily in-house activities are phenomenal. There's fresh fruit available 24/7. They have church services for each religion; live music once…

PositiveWe had a great tour experience with Fairwinds - Sandcreek. We liked their facility also, it was just a little bigger than my mom was comfortable with.
