CriticalMake sure you really have a good understanding of what you are actually buying. I myself needed to ask for more info. The business was going through a change of ownership so a lot of rules changed. All I can say is make sure one has all rules and does and don't in mind.

PositiveMy review of Parkwood
We were happy with everything except that they were short staffed but that is kind of happening everywhere. There were a few issues but it was all due to short staffing they were doing all that they could for the residents. Once my loved ones diet got started everything was good. The meals were salty but once my loved one was on low sodium everything was fine.

PositiveWe did a tour with this community and it was very nice. The tour was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and gave us lots of information to consider. The community was very nice and they were very accommodating to us. They also followed up with and made sure all our questions were answered. They also provide transportation for the residents.
