I've been very happy with Fallbrook. The staff is friendly and [name removed] said the food is good. Overall compared to other places I have seen, this is the best one for us. There is always room for improvement but I would give Fallbrook a 4 out of 5. My co worker's sister was at Fallbrook and had to go on hospice care and just recently passed away. She had nothing but good things to say about the care and staff. She said they were very supportive of her sister and family right up until the end.

When we decided to place Mom in memory care we based our decision solely on how she would be received and cared for. [name removed] and [name removed] made the decision hands down for Fallbrook Woods. [name removed] explained the daily life and all the paperwork necessary in understandable and compassionate terms. I say it all the time... we love it. The staff seem to love working together and with the residents... it's the first thing I saw and keep seeing still. They are fun and incredibly accommodating. Because we saw the employees laughing with one another, I sensed that finding and keeping employees wasn't an issue, and it doesn't appear to be still. A wonderful place!

My mother was a resident from 2014 to 2016. I have nothing but great things to say about the facility. Staff was wonderful and my mother was always well taken care of. Staff was always available. Activities were always going on for the residents.

Fallbrook provided Poor Care to My Loved One

I very much regretted my family's decision to have Mom move into Fallbrook. After moving there, Mom's personal hygiene declined significantly. I frequently visited Mom and it would sadden me to often see her dressed in dirty clothes from the day before. On several occasions, she was wearing other people's clothing that didn't fit her properly. It seems like Fallbrook is habitually understaffed.
