PositiveThe Grande is all that it says it is, GRAND! Our tour was very thorough and upbeat. Everything is so clean, bright, and inviting. It was all a bit large for me and very elegant. It would take some getting used to getting around. [name removed] was very informative and helpful. Her enthusiasm was a joy to see. I will keep it under consideration but at this time I am looking for something that would most likely suit my friend more easily.

The folks at the Grande were wonderful and the facility was great. Unfortunately my sister really missed her home and her friends. She did not stay for long but it was not the fault of the Grande or their staff. I would recommend it to anyone. It just wasn't the right place for her at that time in her life.

The staff is very friendly and there are plenty of activities. Nice to have onsite therapy. Shuttle service was very helpful along with the rotating doctor that visits the facility. The negative is their inability to help residents that need more assistance. They were quick to say they couldn't help my mom when she was recovering from a recent hospital stay.

We’d give everything a 5! We’re thrilled with the care she’s receiving and how she’s made new friends. She participates in activities every day and has truly blossomed—she’s a completely different person now! While it is expensive, we feel it’s absolutely worth it. There are so many activities to choose from, and the communication from staff is excellent.
