Friendly people, but understaffed

Staff was nice, seemed concerned but not enough people on staff to meet everyone's needs. Food was so-so, not many activities and none that interested my husband. Cleanliness was OK, and room was large and comfortable.

There is hope!

The staff were willing to do a face time video assessment. Our situation was very difficult. Our loved one lived out of state and we needed to find her a place in co and no other facility would budge until Fhw. They saved all of our lives. The workers are so compassionate and they really care about the residents. The workers are always willing to listen to our concerns and acts on them.
