Welcome to our family-owned and operated community at Farmington Square at Salem. We thoughtfully provide assisted living and memory care services to residents. By promoting wellness and independence in residents’ lives, we provide holistic care to help residents feel their best and enjoy their lives. Our community is centrally located in Salem, Oregon near area shopping, restaurants, and parks. Community Amenities and Services We are proud to offer a variety of care services to support residents’ lifestyles and help them thrive. We specialize in memory care, diabetic care, and medication management as well as other individualized services. We also have a variety of community doctors and therapists available to aid in your advanced care. Hospice services are available on-site for those with end-of-life care needs seeking comfortable accommodations. Three nutritious home-style meals each day are provided for residents, and we are happy to make dietary accommodations as needed. Snacks and beverages are available around the clock to satisfy your non-mealtime cravings. During the day, take advantage of our indoor and outdoor common areas as well as our full calendar of life-enhancing activities like art classes, speakers and programs, community outings, holiday celebrations, exercise, and more! We have something for everyone here at Farmington Square at Salem. Living Arrangements Residents at Farmington Square at Salem enjoy studio, one-bedroom, and semi-private suites. All of our floor plans are spacious and bright, with an abundance of natural light. Cozy furniture and decor complete with bathtubs, wheelchair-accessible showers, and short-term stays available make our rooms a great option. The only thing missing here is you! Review for Faye Wright Senior Living

We had a very positive experience. Everyone involved with our sister's care treated her with compassion and respect. She felt loved by all. The only negative I would say, was there were times when they were short staffed (call outs or people who had quit) My opinion of any facility (I've worked at several myself) is the workers that do the actual hands on care are NOT compensated adequately for the work they do and care that they give.
