NO PLACE FOR MOM

Dirty echo chamber that does not care for it's tenants. The current property manager would rather bicker than deal with issues. Currently, enjoying bed bugs and no real concern from management to get the problem resolved. Fellowship Manor is seldom if ever cleaned, and in two years PLUS, my outside windows have not been cleaned. Finally, after years got my neighbor out of here. He smoked and more than cigarettes in his room. He also had homeless people crashing at his apartment. Had a guy living here previously tha…

Pretty sad. Not even an active staff, for the most part.

Fellowship Manor is an echo chamber. They seriously need carpet in the hallways. Staff seems to come and go is here off and on. Basic maintenance can be hard to get. Cleaning here is spotty, literally. Often floors go on for days or more and don't get cleaned. A lot of dogs that bark all the time with no consequences. Some nice people here, also some of the biggest misfits in the city of Ogden. Cheap rent. Avail Property Management appears to just be doing a money stuff and barely keeping it open. Not as bad as some have said...

I think overall it is okay, especially for the price. A few things I don't like are irresponsible pet owners in and outside of the building. There is no carpet in the hallway and it is a noise chamber. None of the idiots on my floor are intelligent enough to NOT slam doors. Some of the geriatric women stand in the hall a gawk to push the noise factor even higher. One guy on my floor has a huge dog that barks like a horse. I have a nice view and my apartment is pretty nicely remodeled. It is worth it for me.

Now I know what hell I'd like. Nightmare!!!!!!!!

Management all are liers if your over 70 they treat you like [word removed] . If they have anything against you yarriscontinually. If your a smoker you have it made. They run the people that live there. I was followed and spyed on every time I went outside. They even watched me when I would park my car to see

If You Have No Other Options Look Here

It is a good place, that can get you in quicker than others on a fixed income. The staff isn't attentive to the resident's needs. The staff is hard to get a hold of and the follow through isn't great.
