PositiveThey are attentive and listen to family input. The staff are kind and alert. The facility is warm and open.

PositiveOverall, Legacy House delivers on all the key aspects. The activities programming has been a major aspect for my mother-in-law adjusting and now thriving. There have been bumps and challenges, but when brought to LH staff attention, they were receptive and took appropriate action. The contracted physical therapist in the last 6 months has been outstanding. The food has been the only enduring complaint. They are terrific in making small adjustments along the way. Example: Patty is no longer able to handle money, but loves the weekly shopping trips. She now goes and Legacy pays for it and then adds it to my monthly bill. [name removed] says every day is a “great day” and she truly enjoys all the daily activities. You can chec…
