Our mission: “Through Christian love and excellence we are dedicated to providing a fulfilling lifestyle and promoting independence to those we serve.” Since 1979, Fellowship Square in Phoenix, Arizona has provided a continuum of senior living options ranging from independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and healthcare services. As a not-for-profit charitable organization, we’re driven by our mission, not profits — to ensure that we curate a completely, people-oriented community of friends. At Fellowship Square, we offer a place for prospective residents to thrive and experience wholesome living with all we have to offer. Community Amenities and Services Fellowship Square offers a full continuum of care and provides individualized care plans that support every residents’ personal health and wellness goals. We offer fresh, delicious meals daily, provide fitness and exercise classes, social activities, and have a healthcare team onsite to accommodate residents with such things medication management, activities of daily living, and other forms of personal care. We understand that assisted living is not a “one-size fits all” solution, and so our compassionate staff work to service the unique needs of each resident in a personalized and thoughtful way, always giving space for their continued independence. Living Options We currently offer a variety of floor plans from studio to one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments — all spacious and customizable so residents can make them feel like home. Utilities packages are included in rent, and all units come with an emergency call system. We also offer weekly housekeeping services, so you’ll never have to worry over household chores again.
