[name removed] and the staff at Fifth Season are outstanding. I don't think I've ever seen a staff work so hard and give so much to make the residents feel truly cared for. They are patient as well as playful in how they interact with residents. My own mother, 92, with early-stage dementia, could be very snippy and rude. I saw how they used humor and responded without anger or defensiveness. This approach was excellent, and most times, my mom would end up smiling and laughing.

Low staffing levels were a concern. Meals were not as they had been presented. Staff were friendly and caring.

Everyone is so friendly there. They make Mom feel so comfortable. She feels safe and she loves her apartment.

We picked this community, because the situation called for someplace close to home.[name removed] at A Place for Mom mentioned Fifth Seasons in Benton and helped us connect with the right person to set up a tour. Mom loved it. People in Benton spoke highly of the facility It's a very friendly facility, not just the staff, but the residents have been so welcoming. The people of Benton also come in to contribute social activities for the residents.

Excellent care of my mom

Mom was struggling with loneliness and depression after Dad died. She moved into the Fifth Season Marion IL in 2017 and quickly made friends. Her health improved and she was treated like family by the staff. The meals were delicious and we were glad to see her gain back some of the weight she had lost. I am so grateful to Fifth Season for giving Mom a wonderful life there. She passed away in 2019 otherwise she would still be living in her apartment there. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking.

We had a good tour experience with Fifth Season Residential. The main reason we did not go with them at the time was because they were limiting visitors and did not have any outside activities or entertainment coming in. It was due to covid so things may have changed since we toured.
