PositiveWarm and inviting
The staff was so warm and inviting. The evaluation was short and sweet Very business like. Would have taken Residence if the buy didn't happen.

PositiveThe office and residential staff were very welcoming. The salesman we spoke with was named [name removed]. Unsure of last name. Tour was very informative. Premise was very clean. We were shown activities area, dining area, and apartments. 1 one bedroom. Very spacious and 1 studio which was the typical studio apartment size. The nurse took our assessment info for entry into TY he facility but because of potential closing did not move in.

With 3 daughters, son in laws and grandchildren helping with the move and obviously nervous, they went out of their way to explain and reassure everyone. Other staff stopped in to introduce themselves and welcome…
