We worked with [name removed] for the intake process. She was very helpful & accommodating. [name removed] answered all of our questions. I would recommend this community to others who are needing to find a place for their loved one.

I have noticed improvement with the current management team. Things are starting to come together. My mother adores the clinical team. We are happy and feel at home. The Director of Nursing is professional and pleasant. My mother now attends meals in the dining room. [name removed] is always smiling and willing to help. I have fewer concerns with the call button.

I would not recommend moving there!

My godfather lives there and the food is horrible and they don’t answer the call button when you push it. The carpets are stained and dirty and the management doesn’t care. I would not recommend moving there. A lot of people have left because it’s so bad now.

Untrustworthy

My parent has lived here for awhile now. They repeatedly have issues with food quality and quantity. They often do not have enough of the main food option to serve a reasonable portion. The staff does not respond in a timely manner to the button the residents have to push for help, and sometimes just doesn't repsond at all. I have asked my parent to contact me should something happen as well as pushing their button because I do not trust that staff will show up to help. Maintenance issues arise and take weeks to be…

Good people, bad management

Mom has discovered that she had been to victim of theft 2 times and there had been high employee turnover rate. Not enough people on staff at times to make us feel like someone will be there to help in an emergency. She loves the most of the other residents and staff. She does not like management excuses and cut backs.

The was a good and beautiful community. The apartment had a spot and they didn't point it out to us, until I pointed it out.
