Our friend [name removed] actually lived there for less than a month. He felt the people were very old and had no family ties. The chef , manager was very helpful and fed the residents well . The facility itself was pretty run down on the exterior and the landscaping was ugly . But [name removed] had a private room and a half bath off his bedroom which was nice. I believe you are talking about the front of the buildings landscaping being ugly as everyone seems to love the back patio area and landscaping there. We have finally gotten new people to address our landscaping up front. We will be adding flowers, bushes etc. for better curb appeal. As far as pretty run down exterior. The whole exterior was painted 2 years ago, the parking lot was re-sealed and painted a year ago. In my opinion there is not much curb appeal but this building fits the neighborhood as in my opinion all of the buildings in the neighborhood lack curb appeal and look old. Maybe this is what you were trying to say, is that it looks old from the outside. Again thank you for an honest review.
