They pull the bait and switch. When you move in, they promise you one price and they raise it by 12 to 15% every year after that. This has really been the only thing that I have been upset about since moving my loved one in.

My overall experience has been beyond my expectations. The place is very clean inside and out. The once a week housekeeping service is very good. I don't have to do any floors, bathroom or kitchen cleaning. I do make my own bed and my own laundry but they do that too if I wanted them to. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Know you by name just like a small neighborhood. Always there when needed. I feel very comfortable and safe here. They prepare three healthy meals a day plus a fabulous and delicious bre…

There are some activities for the residents to choose from. There are three meals a day for the residents and the food was good. The only critique I have is, I wish they had better transportation for the residents to go shopping or to go to medical appointments.
