The apartment sizes are large and comfortable.(5), The cleanliness and laundry care is great.(5), The food is pretty good (3-4 of 5). The staff can't be rated as a group because some are excellent and some are very bad. The activities are limited in memory care because of the 3rd floor location and lack of group space. The administrator of memory care is the weak link. They're not set up for really working with the wide range of issues that memory care entails. They want the residents to conform to assisted living …

Mom is happy there. It's beautiful. And we're grateful she is safe and happy. I haven't noticed any issues with that. Mom might say differently. No problems. Most are nice. Food staff and Assisted living staff are way overworked/understaffed and aren't able to provide timely care that they would like to. Quality of care- hard to say. Assisted Living was a mixed bag. We picked this community, because of the location. And the recommendation of a friend who is a former employee before the change of ownership. They have gotten rid of extremely good people, and have not replaced them yet. Memory care had a huge rate increase last Jan, supposedly to pay for 'improvements'. Some of the 'improvements' are laughable, some look like they needed to spend funds. Talking to a couple of care givers, the new owners would have been better off giving the workers a raise to keep good people

It looks very clean to me. My mom has pointed out a few things that were less than her standard. I have had very little interaction with staff, but we haven't had any problems. My parents don't love the food. And there has been lots of renovation that has affected the dining experience. Activities seems good. My mom has enjoyed some activities. $7,000/month for rent and food and light cleaning is hard to swallow.
