Once they get up in the morning, they are not back in the room by themselves until bedtime. It is so nice that they keep everyone so active.

Excellent caregivers and facility with standout PT/OT support for a Road to Home for my Mom

Facility and staff are top notch. The only area of improvement is the diversity and improvement of food offerings. They were just hiring a new chef when my mom was there. Kitchen staff did as best they could in the interim period but the food options were repetitive as there was no chef guiding the menu and prep.

When I went on the tour, there was a disconnect between what I was looking for, my timelines and the expectations of the sales staff. This could all have been handled by more questions ahead of time. So many facilities have independent —> assisted —> memory care. This facility has a totally different process for independent. The main entry/dining rooms present really nicely, but there seem to be a lot of condo association rules as to when/how the assisted living residents can use the space.

Fox Hill experience

Fives across the board. Outstanding in every way. Undergoing some managerial changes at this time so there are some vacancies at the top but that does not seem to have adversely impacted the day-to-day routine and care.

Tremendous Experience

My dad was living independently until he fell, and we were all concerned about what he would be like during and after the process of moving him into assisted living. Fox Hill was the only place we felt gave him a quality of life that he deserved. The entire facility seems like a nice hotel more than a care-home. The staff is extremely attentive and the apartments and facilities are great! Most surprising of all, he is much happier than he was by himself, a positive surprise for all who know him! Competent and Kind Staff

Most of the Caregivers seem very dedicated to the well-being of the residents. The Executive Director is extremely accessible and responsive. The nurses seem very attentive and competent. The community offers good food in a pleasant, restaurant- style setting. The facilities are clean, welcoming and modern.
