PositiveThis is a family member making a rating on what I observe and hear from my mother. I think overall things are pretty good. I don’t see that many activities out of the normal. The biggest complaint I hear is about is the food not being that great. Their activities, other than your every day, bingo or exercise class as minimal. They don’t even have a place for you to get a cup of coffee or tea unless it’s at lunch breakfast or dinner.

Medical staff and it's leadership is ok, could be more compassionate and caring. It all starts with leading by example..
