★★★★★
PositiveWhat we like the most about the community is that the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. The great care my mom is receiving. We would definitely recommend the community to other families based on the experience.
★★★★★
PositiveMy husband received wonderful care for the 6 months he was at Fox Trail before he passed away. The staff was loving and supportive of resident and me the spouse.
★★★★★
PositiveSmall 16 resident community, that feels more like a group home than an institution, which is a strong positive. Excellent Executive Director. Activities leader brings a lot of positive energy. Staffing is the determining factor in making a memory care facility work. The staff is trained and has the right temperment. Every role is challenging. The Director has to retain and attract good staff, in a ever changing job market. She is doing an excellent job.
★★★★★
PositiveWe had a very good tour with Fox Trail. The facility looked nice and staff did a great job showing us what all they offered. We liked that they solely focus on memory care and Alzheimer's residents. We just found another facility that was closer by that fit our needs a little better.
★★★★★
PositiveWe toured Fox Trail and it was a very nice facility but it was too expensive.
★★★★★
PositiveMy sister entered FTMC in [date removed] -just as COVID was taking over the world. It was a painful and agonizing decision, but Fox Trail was incredibly helpful and encouraging from the beginning. The transition went so well, it felt like a miracle. My sister made a phenomenal adjustment and so did I. I have not regretted my decision for a second.
