PositiveOverall, I'm generally happy with the community and the care provided. There have been some conflicting accounts at times between what I hear from my dad and what I'm told by the facility, which can make things a bit confusing. My dad can be somewhat difficult and opinionated, but some of his concerns have turned out to be valid. Even so, the staff has been responsive and supportive overall, and my experience has been mostly positive.

CriticalI'm disappointed that they don't throw my mom's hearing aids on the charger. She already lost one which is likely when they help her put her pj's on or help dress her. But their response to my sister is that if they do that, that's all they'd do. And at thatvsame time they can ask mom for her phone to charge. The cords are on her nightstand! PositiveAlways clean! Staff is kind! Nurse and director are helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely more assistive than memory care. Not enough support for memory care for my mom so she had to move out

The next morning or afternoon, the Director of Nursing didn't even check the wound sites. She did ask Mom if she was alright. If they truly understood Alzheimer’s patients, they wouldn't overlook pain the wa…

PositiveCannot comment on the meals and dining as I never tried it, but mom never complained. Mom passed away on [date removed], but up until that point I was most impressed by the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff.

PositiveClose to our home, not too large, met my father-in-law's needs. Nice small place, clean and spacious with friendly staff. Beautiful small outdoor area with a koi pond. Nice offering of activities and programs.
