Would not recommend for someone who is oxygen dependent

All rainbows and unicorns when you check in and my uncle needed level three CARE which he did not receive the ambulance was called four times because their caregivers forgot to put his oxygen back on after he came back from the dining room after repeated request for the staff to be retrained regarding his oxygen issues. We finally pulled them out of there then they were charging us for bringing his meal to his room because the staff didn't want to deal with his oxygen issues so no would not recommend.

The visit was incredibly informative. Unfortunately, the available unit was much too small. Otherwise, Sunrise seemed to be a very nice facility.

Food is great. Seems quite clean. Staff is very helpful. Room is sufficient.

The Associate Director of Sales was fabulous and very helpful during this stressful situation. She kept things simple and we so appreciate her patience with all of our questions and concerns. She exceeded our expectations. The facility is beautiful.

Overall experience

Everyone is extremely nice and professional. My mom is always well taken care of and loves the food. The facility is always clean and well kept with fun decorations for events and holidays. My mom loves going out on group excursions.

I toured the facility and found it to be clean and inviting.[Name removed] answered so many questions and was very helpful. We haven’t made any decisions yet for our mom but this facility is top of my list!
