PositiveThe personnel were great, very forthcoming, down to earth, friendly, and very accomodating on tour. [name removed], was a gem among all of the employees we spoke to. The facility was clean, and in good order. My aunt had wanted a place where she felt safe, was monitored closely for medications and eating habits, and also served wine and had Mass for Catholics. All were true of Franciscan Manor. We did have concerns regarding her dementia and this facility not having a memory care unit, but they assured us they have…

What we like about Franciscan Manor is that overall it is a nice facility with engaging events for the residents as well as good food. The issues and improvements they could make would be working through billing discrepancies and issues with roommate.

They could include the medication disbursement in with the cost & not charge extra for it, any other place I toured included it & it was not extra. The community is nice, room & set up is good. My mom did say recently the food seems not quite as good as it was but not sure if a new chef or why?
