PositiveUnethical management blemishes the unsung front liners . . .
The front liners like the nurses and CNAs are doing their job just fine. Doesn't need to be perfect but they did their best considering them being understaffed at times Medication: I was not able to ask why the night or bedtime pills were still there when I checked my husband's pills when I took him home Of course my husband was in a double bed room. With only one bathroom for 2 residents. Some of his stuffed were still there and some were gone. I understand. . . Not all the aides assigned for my husband can reme…

PositiveThis IS a great place for my mom
Having a loved one suffer from dementia is traumatizing. We tried keeping her at home, but safety was becoming an issue. New Haven Court opened new doors for my mom, her own place, activities, and peace of mind knowing she’s safe. She loves being outside; walking watching the horses or golfers. This place has made me and my family realize that this was the best decision
