PositiveExceptional staff, highly recommend
The staff is phenomenal. They are all friendly and patient. My dad is 96 years old and does not hear very well. Staff members stop and talk to him in the hall, his waitress is very accommodating and jokes with him. All of the staff members know his name. My mother was in a nursing home several years ago. Franklin Court outshines that Facility by far!

CriticalFamily member recently toured and had a great experience with the sales person. Was a little put off by the administrator. He was scratching his side and touching his beard a lot. Other communities I’ve visited the administrators were kind and dressed professionally. These places cost a lot of money and i expect the person in charge to be very professional. We are considering communities in quakertown and Allentown areas but this wont be the community
