★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is wonderful. All are kind and compassionate, very friendly. Food is very good and menu is varied. The rooms are large, my mom is in a studio and it is spacious, and the bathroom is very large. Nice sink and vanity, walk in shower with a seat and grab bars. Extra shelves for storage.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is excellent, the facility is in great shape, and the food is magnificent. Absolutely would recommend NewSeasons at New Britain to others.

My only negative comment is if the resident is in the hospital they have to be admitted for more than 15 days before you are giving any daily credit for medication management and extra aid services. ★★★★★
CriticalThe positive is the size of the rooms for the price are great but to just be thorough when they evaluate for level of care etc. Negative was the price we were initially were told changed the day we signed due to incorrect level of care analysis and medication distribution costs.
★★★★★

I have no problem with the staff or the nurses. The room is small. It's an efficiency. The food is so so. My mom is happy with the place that's all that matters. I had to f…
