Good staff and very clean facility and room. Nurses are pretty good. Staff nice. I would recommend. my brother and I are happy that our parents are in Freedom Square, we feel good because we know they are safe.

The ratings for the staff varies. A few are top notch. I really like [name removed]. Most of them are in the wrong job and should not be near a resident. Mean! I don't think I have had a hot meal. Always cold. The menu has a good variety but rarely lives up to the description.

I came to Freedom Square a year ago after my husband died. It was a great decision. People are friendly and helpful. I feel like I have a whole new family. The staff is more than excellent. They are so helpful in all the tasks I have asked of them. Lots of activities here to participate in. The grounds are wonderful and peaceful....watching the Koi in the pond is my way to relax. I had been visiting people for years here...and now I know why they were so pleased with the staff, facility and FOOD. Come for a visit…
