Very pleasant community and people

Staff is welcoming and nice to talk with. Especially [name removed] - Director of Culinary Services. She seems as she really cares about the residents and their family members. She always is pleasant to see. My mom really enjoy her company too.

Excellent gourmet restaurant

One thing that we like in this facility is how nice and helpful the staff are to resident and visitors of culinary. The kitchen/dining is excellent. Food served are fresh and delicious. They serve multi-culture dishes that makes it exciting for the residents to eat.

The director and leadership team - knowledgeable, generous with their time and attention, responsive. The facility is gorgeous and the apartment is memory care is large. The care team is excellent - primary care giver [Name Removed] is excellent. They are reassuring.

The facilitator was very pleasant, and knowledgeable regarding the facility. Asked pertinent questions about the intended resident, and expressed a sincere desire to accommdate our needs.

Not what I expected

There has been a new owner and they raised the prices on everything. I don't feel the staff is as courteous as before. They basically told me she was ordering too much from Amazon. She's not comfortable eating in the dining room because she's not had one good experience there yet
